Just a quick note of thanks for all your efforts regarding our pool. The Composite Group/Bermuda Pools have been fantastic to deal with and the final result looks stunning.

You should know that I did shop around and investigated all of the other main pool suppliers in Christchurch. Nobody else was able to provide the same combination of price, design, delivery and backup. Nobody even came close.

As you know, I’m a Chartered Engineer and I had real concerns about the effects of earthquakes on the construction. I was very glad to see that you had incorporated these issues into your design and my own check showed the foundation systems to be very robust.

I am more than happy to recommend Symon and his team at The Composite Group. Our rubber lined concrete pool was damaged beyond repair in the February 2011 earthquake. Following my own research I decided to go with a fibreglass lined pool (‘BERMUDA pool linings’) as I think it is the best mix of durability, longevity and cost. The Karamea Swimming Club (West Coast) were very impressed with the service and workmanship of The Composite Group (Christchurch) when we got them to fibreglass line our 25 x 12 metre concrete swimming pool in March 2017.

It was a huge job organizing and funding the pool from our small isolated community, so we very much appreciated the service and communication of The Composite Group, as we are 100km from our nearest town this often puts a lot of contractors and companies off doing jobs but The Composite Group always answered any questions and were on site delivering on schedule what was promised.

The guys in Karamea working on the pool and in the office in Christchurch were always friendly and helpful explaining the process and what needed doing. The Karamea Swimming Club are very happy with the end result of a new fantastic looking pool that will now be low maintenance and sustainable into the future with no need for repainting.
